Last year we had two customers that were relocating to new offices but outside the area of their current Openreach exchange.
In the past this would mean either changing their number of having to use costly diverts/forwards on their old number to their new number.
Using Sip trunks connected to and NEC telephone system we were able to port their old numbers onto the new SIP accounts on the voiceflex platform – enabling them to keep their old number even though they were geographically working on a different exchange.
T4 cabled and supplied comms cabinets for the offices, arranged and provided external lines and SIP trunks, new NEC Telephone systems and maintenance support contracts for both sites.
Both customers were very pleased with the outcome.
